Vegan Blueberry Brekkie Bowl

Quick, easy and super healthy, this blueberry brekkie bowl will turn your hectic mornings into a more enjoyable treat. This bowl will supercharge your vitamin intake, giving you the perfect start to any day and keep you full until lunch.

Preparation time: 10 mins


Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ oz fresh blueberries, and a few for toppings
  • 4 oz oats, and 1 tsp for toppings
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 5 oz mylk yogurt
  • ⅓ cup plant based mylk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp chocolate powder
  • ⅓ coconut flakes
  • ⅓ cup blackberries
  • 1 tsp honey to drizzle
  • 2 tbsp granola

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients except the last four to a high power blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add to a bowl and top with coconut flakes, blackberries, honey and granola.
